Information used by the service

Skepta Rap Dance AI processes information needed to create and deliver your requested dance videos:

• Account information such as email, display name, profile image, sign-in method and authentication records. Google supplies account details when you select Google sign-in. Email passwords are stored as protected hashes.
• Creation data: your three solo photos and their left/center/right assignments, selected scene, saved video settings, reference material, generated media and task status.
• Purchase and credit records: order identifiers, amounts, currency, payment status, credit deductions and returns, and refunds. The payment provider identified at checkout handles payment details; we do not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
• Connection and usage data: IP address, approximate country/region and city derived from that IP, browser, session, language and referral or campaign information needed for operation, security and measurement.
• Support requests and relevant attachments, account, order or task details.

Only upload photos you have permission to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in images or support messages.

Purpose and providers

We use this information to authenticate accounts, generate and deliver videos, maintain your works, handle payments and credits, prevent abuse and respond to support or rights requests. Where a legal basis is required, it may include performing the requested service, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent for optional advertising measurement.

Necessary information may be processed by Google for sign-in, Stripe or the provider shown at checkout for payment, media storage and AI video generation providers to process your photos and videos, and hosting or email providers. Providers may process information outside your country and have separate retention practices.

We do not sell personal information, publish your uploads or works in a public gallery, or use inputs to train our own AI models. This is not a promise about external providers' training or retention policies. We may review content reports and relevant records and disclose information where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention or security.

Cookies and local drafts

Cookies support sign-in and preferences. Referral or campaign cookies can last up to 30 days; a random browser identifier used for abuse prevention can last up to 365 days. When enabled, Turnstile processes browser and network signals for verification, without receiving your photo or password from us.

Your unfinished creation, including photos and scene choices, is saved locally for the current browser tab. It can survive refreshes and sign-in or payment returns. Accepting generation clears its local draft; otherwise a draft expires 24 hours after its last edit and expired data is cleaned when the creator is accessed. Clearing browser storage can remove drafts and sign-in state, but does not cancel an accepted task.

Storage and access

Source photos are removed from our storage 24 hours after confirmed completion or failure. Unsubmitted uploads expire after 24 hours. Unresolved tasks keep necessary inputs until resolved. Paid videos remain for 30 days from completion. Download before the displayed expiry; we do not provide permanent video storage.

Removing a work hides its record in your account but does not immediately delete files or revoke existing media links. Account, payment, credit and support records are retained separately as needed for operations, unresolved requests, fraud prevention and legal recordkeeping. These schedules do not guarantee simultaneous deletion from external providers.

Account pages restrict works to their owner. Media uses direct delivery links; someone who obtains a link may be able to open it. Share links only with intended recipients. Authentication, access controls and HTTPS reduce risk without guaranteeing absolute security.

Optional advertising measurement

When configured, Google Ads and Google Analytics measurement load only after consent. Measurement may include transaction identifiers, amount, currency, page information and advertising click identifiers. We do not add photos, names or email addresses to purchase events, and advertising personalization is disabled.

Use the footer's advertising privacy choices, when available, to change your decision. Consent is saved for up to 180 days. Rejecting measurement does not affect checkout or creation.

Requests and changes

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction or objection to processing through support. You can also email [email protected] without signing in. We may verify account ownership and retain legally required records or information needed for unresolved transactions. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
